Help, without the jargon

Questions,
thoughtfully answered.

Everything you need to publish, share and maintain a beautiful business folio.

01

Starting and publishing

What is a folio?

Diskvr is the platform. Your folio is the public page you create for your business: its story, work, offerings, photographs, locations and ways to get in touch, all under one shareable link.

Do I need a subscription to publish?

No. You can create and publish one business folio without a subscription, within the fair-use limits shown in Studio.

Will advertisements appear on my folio?

No third-party advertisements are placed inside your published folio. The fixed Diskvr footer remains part of the platform experience.

What can I showcase?

Your identity, story, branches, products, services, menu items, photographs, curated sections, testimonials, a YouTube video and contact options.

02

Photos and safety

What happens when I upload a photo?

Diskvr prepares it for a clear, fast-loading presentation and checks that it is a supported, safe image before saving it. Your original phone photo is never kept.

Can visitors download my photographs?

Any image a browser can display can be saved or captured. Diskvr keeps the R2 bucket private and serves only approved, database-backed media through the Worker, but no public website can make a visible image impossible to copy.

Why are there stored-photo and monthly-upload limits?

The stored-photo limit controls how many photos your folio currently keeps. The monthly allowance also counts replacements and does not go down when a photo is deleted, which prevents repeated upload-and-delete abuse. Studio always shows both numbers before you reach either limit.

How do I report unsafe or stolen content?

Open the image viewer and choose Report, or use Report content in the folio footer. Turnstile and rate limits protect the reporting path.

03

Search and discovery

What SEO does Diskvr provide?

Published folios receive semantic HTML, tailored titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, social preview metadata, structured data, sitemaps and crawl rules automatically.

Does Diskvr guarantee a top Google result?

No service can guarantee ranking or indexing. Diskvr provides a strong technical foundation; search engines and AI discovery systems decide when, where and how content appears.

Do my tags and descriptions matter?

Yes. Clear, accurate names, descriptions, categories, tags, locations and image descriptions help visitors and automated systems understand the business.

04

Accounts, links and branches

Can one account create several businesses?

No. One account manages one business folio. Supported branches belong inside that folio and can have their own location, contact details, availability and public path.

Can I change my public link?

The business link ending is generated from the business name and updates when the name changes. It cannot be edited separately. Location changes are limited to three per branch. Studio explains the effect before saving, and previous paths redirect to the current one while the branch exists.

Where do visitor enquiries go?

They appear in Enquiries inside Studio. No email is sent. You can read, archive, restore or delete a message, then reply directly using the visitor’s email address or phone number.

What are Sections?

Sections are curated chapters such as Bridal Collection, Summer Menu or Signature Services. They help visitors browse related offerings without forcing every business into the same layout.

05

Privacy and support

Does Diskvr use advertising cookies?

No. Diskvr uses essential account and security technology and privacy-preserving daily totals. It does not currently use advertising or cross-site analytics cookies.

How do I request access, correction or deletion?

Open Support and choose Privacy requests. Diskvr may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on account or personal information.

How do I report a platform security issue?

Use the private security channel listed on the Support page. Do not put vulnerability details in a public issue, business enquiry or content report.

Where can I report an accessibility barrier?

Use the Accessibility route on the Support page and include the page, task, browser or assistive technology, and the barrier you encountered.

Ready when you are.

Start with the essentials. You can refine the story and presentation as your business grows.
