Plain-language terms for business owners who create a Diskvr and visitors who browse one.
1. The service
Diskvr lets a business publish a digital folio containing its identity, story, locations, products, services, menus, photographs, testimonials, video links and contact details. Published business and offering information may appear in Diskvr Discovery and its search and filters. Visitors may leave an enquiry in the owner’s private Diskvr inbox or use a direct contact link. Diskvr does not process purchases, bookings, deliveries or payments. Any reply, conversation or transaction happens directly between the visitor and the business.
2. Eligibility, accounts and publishing
A business account must be created by a person legally able to agree to these terms for themselves or the represented business. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and promptly secure your account if you suspect misuse. One account may operate one business folio, with supported branches managed inside that folio. You are responsible for every authorized person who uses your account.
Publishing currently requires no subscription. Fair-use limits on branches, items and photos protect the service from abuse. Diskvr may change limits or introduce optional paid features later, with notice before a change affects existing use.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Diskvr a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, resize, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure and deliver your folio and the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to publish the content, including customer photographs and testimonials.
4. Business information
Business owners supply folio details, prices, availability, claims and contact information. Diskvr does not independently verify or guarantee them. Visitors should confirm important details directly with the business. Business owners must correct outdated or misleading information promptly.
5. No advertising in a folio
Diskvr does not place third-party advertisements inside a published business folio. The Diskvr name and links needed to identify or operate the platform may appear in its fixed footer.
6. Safety, removal and suspension
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Diskvr may restrict distribution, remove content, preserve relevant records, suspend an account or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, the platform or the public. We may act immediately in urgent safety cases.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Diskvr reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular search ranking, indexing date, audience or commercial result. Features may change to maintain security, legal compliance, performance or product quality.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Diskvr and unpublish your folio. For account closure or deletion, use the current privacy contact listed in Support. Diskvr may suspend or close access for material or repeated violations, security risk, unlawful use or prolonged abandonment. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling, backup recovery or legal obligations.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diskvr is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. Diskvr is not a party to dealings between businesses and visitors and is not responsible for their goods, services, statements or conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Contact, complaints and updates
Questions, complaints and legal notices can be raised through Diskvr Support. Material changes will be dated on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders before they take effect.
