Our approach
Diskvr aims to provide a strong experience with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, reduced-motion preference and common mobile assistive technologies. We use semantic structure, visible focus, labelled controls, sufficient touch targets and contrast-aware presentation controls.
Owner-provided content
Business owners supply descriptions, image alternative text, videos and linked content. Diskvr provides fields and presentation safeguards, but the accessibility of that material can vary. Owners should describe meaningful photographs, use clear language and caption video at its source whenever possible.
Known limits
Third-party destinations such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Maps and business websites are controlled by their respective operators. Some owner-selected colour and image combinations may also require adjustment even though Diskvr constrains unsafe presentation choices.
Report a barrier
If something prevents you from using Diskvr, visit Support. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used, and a description of the barrier. Do not include passwords, session tokens or unnecessary personal information.
Continuous review
Accessibility is part of design and release review. Material barriers are prioritized by their impact on completing a task, and fixes are verified at mobile and desktop sizes with keyboard interaction.
