Show your work. Respect people.
These rules protect visitors, business owners, rights holders and the quality of the Diskvr platform.
Content that is not allowed
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation or content that endangers a child.
- Pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual services presented in breach of applicable law.
- Credible threats, instructions for serious harm, graphic violence used to shock, or promotion of terrorism.
- Hateful conduct or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics.
- Fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims, illegal goods or services, malware, phishing or attempts to evade platform controls.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Images of customers, staff or other people published without the permission required in the relevant context.
Reporting
Open a photograph and choose Report, or use Report content in the folio footer. Select the closest reason and add only the detail needed to locate and understand the concern. The report is protected by Turnstile and rate limiting, and is reviewed by the platform rather than sent to the business owner.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service. A Diskvr report does not replace an emergency report.
Review and enforcement
Reports are assessed in context. Diskvr may limit visibility, remove an image or folio, ask the owner for information, preserve evidence, restrict an account or refer a matter to an appropriate authority. A report does not automatically prove a violation, and malicious or repetitive false reporting is prohibited.
Owner responsibilities
Owners must review uploads before publishing, keep permissions and licences where appropriate, and remove content when rights expire or consent is withdrawn. Diskvr’s file validation checks format and technical safety; it does not establish ownership, consent, truthfulness or suitability.
Enquiries
The public enquiry form is for a genuine visitor to contact the selected business. Spam, threats, harassment, deceptive requests, automated submissions, attempts to collect data, and efforts to bypass Turnstile or rate limits are prohibited. Business owners must use supplied contact details only to respond to the enquiry and must handle them lawfully.
Appeals and rights-holder notices
If your content or account is restricted and you believe the decision is wrong, or if you are a rights holder who needs to provide supporting information, use Diskvr Support. Identify the relevant public page and explain the requested outcome. A support request does not replace an emergency report or a notice required by law.
