Send a private report
Use Support to find the current security contact. Include the affected URL or component, observed behavior, reproduction steps, likely impact and any Diskvr request ID shown. Public business-content concerns belong in the Report content flow on that folio.
Protect people and data
Do not access another person’s data, retain downloaded content, disclose a vulnerability publicly before it is resolved, interrupt the service, or use automated high-volume scanning. Remove passwords, session cookies, private keys and unrelated personal data from a report.
What happens next
Diskvr will acknowledge reports as soon as operationally practical, investigate the issue, contain active risk and provide status updates for a confirmed vulnerability. Remediation and disclosure timing depend on severity, exploitation risk and legal notification duties.
Good-faith research
Good-faith investigation that stays within these boundaries and is reported privately will not be pursued merely for identifying the issue. This statement does not authorize access to data or systems beyond your own account.
